宣偈(ji)毕(bi),又熏(xun)沐(mu)焚香,念(nian)曰(yue):伏以玄皇(huang)阐教,广开度于(yu)冥途;正一垂(chui)科,俾炼(lian)形而升举(ju)。恩沾幽爽,泽被饥(ji)嘘。谨运(yun)真香(xiang),志诚上请东(dong)极大(da)慈仁者太乙救苦天尊(zun)、十方救苦诸(zhu)真人圣众,仗此真香,来临法会。切(qie)以人(ren)处尘凡,日萦(ying)俗务,不(bu)知(zhi)有死(si),惟欲贪生。鲜能种于(yu)善根(gen),多(duo)随入(ru)于恶(e)趣,昏迷(mi)弗省,恣欲贪嗔(chen)。将谓自(zi)己(ji)长存,岂(qi)信无常易到(dao)!一朝(chao)倾逝,万事皆(jie)空。业障缠(chan)身,冥司受苦。今奉道伏为亡过室(shi)人李氏灵魂,一弃尘缘(yuan),久沦长夜(ye)。若非(fei)荐(jian)拔(ba)于愆辜(gu),必致难逃于苦报。恭惟天(tian)尊秉好(hao)生之仁(ren),救寻声之苦。洒(sa)甘露而普滋群类,放瑞光(guang)而遍(bian)烛昏(hun)衢。命(ming)三官宽考较之条,诏十(shi)殿阁(ge)推(tui)研之笔。开囚释禁,宥过(guo)解(jie)冤。各随符(fu)使,尽出幽关(guan)。咸令登火池之沼(zhao),悉荡涤黄(huang)华(hua)之形(xing)。凡得更(geng)生,俱归道岸。兹(zi)焚灵宝炼(lian)形真符,谨当(dang)宣奏(zou):
