空空道人听(ting)如此说,思忖半(ban)晌,将(jiang)《石头(tou)记》再检阅一(yi)遍,因见上(shang)面虽(sui)有(you)些指奸责佞贬恶(e)诛邪之(zhi)语,亦非(fei)伤时骂世(shi)之(zhi)旨,及(ji)至君(jun1)仁臣良父慈(ci)子孝,凡伦常(chang)所关之处,皆是称功颂德,眷(juan)眷无穷,实非(fei)别(bie)书之可比.虽其中(zhong)大旨谈情,亦不过实录其事,又(you)非假(jia)拟妄(wang)称,一味淫邀(yao)艳约,私订偷盟之(zhi)可(ke)比.因毫不干涉(she)时世(shi),方从(cong)头(tou)至尾抄录回(hui)来(lai),问世(shi)传(chuan)奇.从(cong)此(ci)空(kong)空(kong)道人因空见色,由色生情(qing),传情入色(se),自色悟空,遂易名为(wei)情(qing)僧,改《石头记》为《情僧录》.东鲁(lu)孔(kong)梅溪则题(ti)曰《风月宝(bao)鉴》.后因(yin)曹雪(xue)芹于悼(dao)红轩(xuan)中(zhong)披阅十(shi)载(zai),增删五(wu)次,纂成目录,分出章回,则题曰《金陵(ling)十二钗》.并题一绝(jue)云:
