生(sheng)财有大道。生之者众(zhong),食(shi)之(zhi)者寡(gua),为之者疾,用之者舒,则财(cai)恒足矣(yi)。仁者以财发身,不仁者以身发财。未(wei)有(you)上好仁而下不好义(yi)者也,未有好义其事不终(zhong)者(zhe)也,未(wei)有府(fu)库(ku)财(cai)非其财(cai)者也(ye)。孟献子曰:"畜马乘(cheng),不察于鸡豚;伐冰(bing)之(zhi)家,不畜(chu)牛羊;百乘(cheng)之(zhi)家,不(bu)畜聚敛之臣。与(yu)其有聚敛(lian)之(zhi)臣,宁(ning)有盗臣。"此谓国不以利为利(li),以义为(wei)利也(ye)。长国(guo)家而务(wu)财用者,必自小人矣。彼为善(shan)之(zhi),小人(ren)之使为国家,灾害并至;虽有(you)善者(zhe),亦无如之何(he)矣(yi)!此谓国不以利为(wei)利(li),以义(yi)为(wei)利也。
