"大哉圣人之道!洋洋乎(hu)发育万(wan)物,峻极于天(tian)。优优(you)大(da)哉(zai)!礼仪(yi)三百,威(wei)仪三千(qian),待其人然(ran)后行。故(gu)曰:苟不至德(de),至(zhi)道不凝焉。故君(jun1)子(zi)尊德性而道问(wen)学,致广大而尽(jin)精微,极高明而道中(zhong)庸;温故(gu)而知新(xin),敦(dun)厚以崇礼(li)。是故居上不骄(jiao),为(wei)下(xia)不倍;国有道,其言(yan)足以兴;国无(wu)道,其默足(zu)以容(rong)。《诗》曰:''既(ji)明且(qie)哲,以保其身(shen)。''其此(ci)之谓与!"子曰:"愚而好自用,贱而好自专;生(sheng)乎今之(zhi)世,反古之道(dao)。如此者,及(ji)其身(shen)者也(ye)。"非天(tian)子,不议礼(li),不制度,不考(kao)文。今天下车同(tong)轨,书同(tong)文,行同伦。虽(sui)有其位(wei),苟无其(qi)德,不敢作(zuo)礼乐焉(yan);虽有其德,苟无其(qi)位,亦不(bu)敢(gan)作礼(li)乐焉。
