生财有大(da)道(dao)。生之者众(zhong),食之者寡(gua),为之(zhi)者(zhe)疾,用之(zhi)者舒,则(ze)财(cai)恒足矣(yi)。仁(ren)者以财(cai)发身,不仁者以身发财。未有上好仁而下不(bu)好义者(zhe)也,未有好义其事不(bu)终(zhong)者(zhe)也,未有府(fu)库财非其财者也。孟献子曰:"畜(chu)马乘(cheng),不(bu)察于鸡豚;伐冰之(zhi)家,不畜(chu)牛羊;百乘(cheng)之(zhi)家,不(bu)畜聚敛(lian)之臣。与其有(you)聚敛之臣,宁有盗臣。"此谓国(guo)不(bu)以利为利,以义为利(li)也。长(zhang)国(guo)家而(er)务财用者,必(bi)自小人矣。彼为(wei)善之(zhi),小人之使(shi)为(wei)国(guo)家,灾害并至;虽有善者,亦无如(ru)之何矣!此谓国不以利为利,以义(yi)为利(li)也。
