空空道人听如此说(shuo),思忖半晌,将(jiang)《石头记》再检阅一遍,因见上面(mian)虽有些指奸责佞贬恶诛邪之语(yu),亦(yi)非伤(shang)时骂世(shi)之旨,及至君仁(ren)臣(chen)良父慈子孝,凡伦常(chang)所关之处,皆是称(cheng)功颂(song)德,眷眷无穷,实非别书(shu)之(zhi)可(ke)比.虽其(qi)中(zhong)大旨谈(tan)情,亦不(bu)过实(shi)录其(qi)事,又(you)非假(jia)拟妄(wang)称(cheng),一味淫邀艳约,私订(ding)偷(tou)盟之可比.因毫不干涉时(shi)世,方从头至尾抄(chao)录回来,问(wen)世(shi)传(chuan)奇(qi).从此空空(kong)道人因空见(jian)色,由色生情(qing),传(chuan)情入色(se),自色悟(wu)空,遂(sui)易名为(wei)情僧,改《石头记》为(wei)《情僧(seng)录(lu)》.东鲁孔梅溪则题曰《风(feng)月宝鉴(jian)》.后因曹雪芹于悼红轩中(zhong)披阅十载,增删五次,纂成目(mu)录(lu),分出章(zhang)回,则题曰《金(jin)陵(ling)十二钗》.并(bing)题一(yi)绝云:
