故(gu)礼之不同(tong)也,不丰也(ye),不(bu)杀也,所以持情而(er)合(he)危也。故圣(sheng)王所以顺,山(shan)者 不使居川,不使渚者居中(zhong)原,而弗敝也(ye)。用水火金木,饮食必时。合男女,颁爵 位,必当年德。用民必顺(shun)。故(gu)无(wu)水(shui)旱昆虫(chong)之灾(zai),民(min)无凶(xiong)饥(ji)妖孽之疾。故天(tian)不(bu)爱其 道,地(di)不爱其宝,人不(bu)爱其情。故天(tian)降膏露,地出(chu)醴泉(quan),山(shan)出器车,河(he)出马图, 凤凰麒麟(lin)皆在(zai)郊取,龟龙在(zai)宫(gong)沼,其余鸟兽之(zhi)卵胎,皆可俯而窥也。则是无(wu)故, 先王能(neng)修礼以达义,体信(xin)以达(da)顺(shun)故,此顺之实也(ye)。"
