"王(wang)天下(xia)有三重焉,其(qi)寡过矣乎!上焉者(zhe)虽善无(wu)征(zheng),无(wu)征不(bu)信(xin),不信(xin)民弗从;下焉者虽善不尊,不尊不信,不信民(min)弗从。故君子(zi)之道,本诸身,征诸庶(shu)民,考诸(zhu)三王而不缪,建诸(zhu)天地而不悖(bei),质(zhi)诸鬼神而无(wu)疑,百世以俟圣人而不(bu)惑。质诸鬼神(shen)而无疑(yi),知天也;百(bai)世以俟圣人而不惑,知(zhi)人也。是故(gu)君子动(dong)而世为天(tian)下(xia)道,行(hang)而世为天(tian)下法,言而世(shi)为(wei)天下则(ze)。远之则有望,近之(zhi)则不厌。《诗》曰(yue):''在(zai)彼无恶,在(zai)此无射(she),庶几夙夜,以永终誉!''君子未(wei)有不如此(ci)而早有(you)誉(yu)于天下者也。"仲(zhong)尼祖(zu)述尧、舜,宪(xian)章文、武(wu);上律(lv)天时,下(xia)袭水土(tu)。辟如天地(di)之无(wu)不持(chi)载,无不覆帱;辟如四时(shi)之错行(hang),如日(ri)月(yue)之(zhi)代明。万物并育(yu)而(er)不相害(hai),道并行而不相悖。小德川流(liu),大德(de)敦(dun)化。此天(tian)地(di)之(zhi)所以为大(da)也。
