生财有(you)大道(dao)。生(sheng)之者众(zhong),食之(zhi)者寡,为之者疾,用(yong)之者舒,则财恒足(zu)矣(yi)。仁(ren)者以(yi)财发身,不仁(ren)者以身发财。未有上好(hao)仁而下不好义者也,未(wei)有(you)好(hao)义其(qi)事(shi)不终(zhong)者也,未(wei)有府库财非其财者也。孟献(xian)子曰:"畜马乘,不察于鸡豚;伐冰之家,不畜牛羊;百乘(cheng)之(zhi)家,不畜(chu)聚敛(lian)之臣。与(yu)其(qi)有(you)聚敛之(zhi)臣,宁(ning)有盗臣。"此(ci)谓(wei)国不以利为利,以义为利也。长(zhang)国家(jia)而务财(cai)用者,必(bi)自小人(ren)矣。彼为(wei)善之(zhi),小人之(zhi)使为国家,灾(zai)害并(bing)至(zhi);虽(sui)有善者,亦无如之何矣!此谓(wei)国不以利(li)为利,以义(yi)为利(li)也。
