子兴(xing)见(jian)他(ta)说得这样重(chong)大,忙请教其(qi)端.雨村道:天地生人(ren),除大仁大恶两(liang)种,余者皆无(wu)大异(yi).若(ruo)大(da)仁者,则应(ying)运而生(sheng),大(da)恶者,则(ze)应劫而生.运生世治,劫生(sheng)世危.尧(yao),舜,禹,汤(tang),文(wen),武(wu),周,召,孔(kong),孟(meng),董(dong),韩,周,程,张,朱,皆应(ying)运(yun)而生(sheng)者.蚩尤,共工(gong),桀,纣,始皇,王莽(mang),曹操,桓温,安禄山,秦桧等,皆应(ying)劫(jie)而生(sheng)者.大仁者,修治天(tian)下(xia),大(da)恶者,挠乱天下.清(qing)明灵秀,天地之正气,仁者之所秉也(ye),残忍乖僻(pi),天地(di)之(zhi)邪气,恶者之所秉(bing)也.今当运(yun)隆(long)祚(zuo)永(yong)之朝,太平无为之世,清明灵秀之(zhi)气所秉者,上至朝(chao)廷,下(xia)及(ji)草野,比比(bi)皆是.所余之秀(xiu)气(qi),漫无所归(gui),遂(sui)为甘露,为和风(feng),洽然溉及(ji)四海.彼残(can)忍乖僻(pi)之邪气,不能(neng)荡(dang)溢于光天化(hua)日之中,遂凝结(jie)充塞(sai)于深沟(gou)大壑(he)之(zhi)内(nei),偶因(yin)风荡(dang),或(huo)被云催(cui),略有摇(yao)动感发(fa)之(zhi)意(yi),一丝半缕误而泄出(chu)者(zhe),偶值灵秀之(zhi)气适过,正(zheng)不容邪,邪复妒正,两不(bu)相下,亦(yi)如风水雷电,地中既遇,既不能消,又不(bu)能让(rang),必至(zhi)搏击掀发后始尽.故其(qi)气亦(yi)必(bi)赋人,发泄一(yi)尽始散.使男(nan)女偶(ou)秉此气而生者,在上则(ze)不能(neng)成仁(ren)人君子(zi),下(xia)亦不能为大凶大恶.置之于(yu)万万人中,其聪俊(jun4)灵秀(xiu)之气,则在(zai)万万人之上,其乖僻邪(xie)谬(miu)不近人情(qing)之态,又在万万人(ren)之下.若生于公(gong)侯(hou)富贵之家(jia),则为(wei)情(qing)痴(chi)情种,若生于诗(shi)书(shu)清贫之族(zu),则为逸士高人,纵再偶生(sheng)于薄祚寒门,断不能为(wei)走卒健仆(pu),甘遭庸人驱制驾驭,必为奇优名倡.如(ru)前(qian)代之许由,陶(tao)潜(qian),阮籍(ji),嵇康,刘伶,王谢(xie)二(er)族,顾虎头,陈(chen)后主(zhu),唐明(ming)皇,宋(song)徽宗(zong),刘(liu)庭芝,温飞卿,米南(nan)宫,石曼卿,柳耆卿,秦少(shao)游,近日之(zhi)倪云林,唐(tang)伯虎,祝枝山(shan),再如李龟年,黄幡绰,敬新磨,卓文君,红拂,薛涛,崔(cui)莺,朝(chao)云之(zhi)流,此皆易地则(ze)同之(zhi)人也。
